Alcrete Acquires Fort Pierce, Florida-based American Concrete Industries, Inc.

We are excited to expand our team, production capabilities, and reach with the acquisition of American Concrete Industries, an experienced precast manufacturing company that has been serving the Florida market since 1987. This strategic move includes American Concrete Industries’ NPCA Certified Plant and its 10-acre manufacturing site, as well as its incredible team. 

American Concrete Industries is based in Fort Pierce, Florida. “This acquisition allows for the fulfillment of the key strategic initiative of entering the state of Florida,” said Justin D. Norman, chief executive officer, Alcrete LLC. “We believe in the continued growth of the Florida construction market and are pleased that Alcrete will be able to participate in the development of this infrastructure.”
