Hillsboro Town Center is a multi-use development located in Helena, Alabama, a suburb of Birmingham. Hillsboro Town Center is located within the Hillsboro residential development that has been growing over the past decade. This Town Center will include the new Helena City Hall and a commercial development. The City of Helena hired CS Beatty Construction to complete the water, storm and sewer, and grading. We were pleased to partner with CS Beatty Construction to provide over 50 precast concrete structures and 3,500 linear feet of concrete pipe (ranging from 15″ to 48″ diameter).
